Reservations/Payments
Step 1: Validate your reservation dates
Contact Christophe Chambon by email or telephone to check the availability of the desired dates. After validation, you will receive a rental contract by email.
Step 2: Validate your rental
Upon receipt of your rental contract by email, you can sign it by electronic signature on the LIVECONSENT platform.
You will pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay
The balance of the rental will be paid no later than 15 days before your arrival date.
All payment transactions (deposit, deposit, balance) will be made on the secure Swikly platform.
3. Security Deposit
A deposit of €1000 is required. You can simply make your security deposit on the secure Swikly platform . No debit or block on the bank card will be made.
After your departure and the inventory (8 days maximum) your transaction will be closed on Swikly.
In the event of damage, the amount corresponding to the damage noted will be debited from your bank card. .
